1950's Art Deco Movie Theater Lobby Marquee Neon Lights & Clock in Concord, Ohio For Sale

This old (very) art deco style movie theater lobby marquee used to announce coming attractions. It lights up in glowing red and green neon lights, will hold lettering for the next coming attraction as well as a lobby poster and the clock is topping on the cake. My camera doesn't pick up on the intense green and red of the neon, so it looks better in person. A very rare theater relic, this sign is in good condition and ready to use. The style is very art deco and the two pointed chrome lines on the right really set it off.
It measures 30" tall, 43" wide and 9" deep. This marquee will hang on the wall and has a pull cord for turning the neon lights on. It will also sit nicely on a shelf and in addition to the pull cord, has an easy flip switch that will light it up.
This theater marquee is made of metal and painted a very dark brown. It comes in two pieces and has a handle in the back for easy lifting. The back of the marquee will lift out and on the face, has a grid of track meant to hold moveable letters. I still have several of the old, original letters which slide in the track from the edge. On the right side, it has the same grid but just the perfect size to slide in an old advertising lobby card showing what the next coming attrition will be.
The neon lights as well as the cord, switches and work box in the back have all been professionally replaced and come with a lifetime guarantee. The clock has yet to be restored. Written on the front it says, "The Electric Neon Clock Co. Cleveland Ohio" so the clock was locally made. I'll leave that to the new owner if they want to do an easy switch out for a quartz movement or if they want to have the clock repaired into an electric clock again.
This is a treasure from the baby boomer's early childhood. It would look great in a theme restaurant or home theatre. $xxxx
